We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. 1Open FoodMoment on your device
  2. 2Navigate to Menu > Profile
  3. 3Select "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm your decision
  5. 5Your account will be immediately deactivated and data deletion will begin

Email Request

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion via email:

  1. 1Send an email to [email protected]
  2. 2Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. 3Include the email address associated with your account
  4. 4We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours
  5. 5Deletion will be completed within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we remove:

  • βœ“Your account profile and personal information
  • βœ“All app-generated content and preferences
  • βœ“Usage history and analytics data
  • βœ“Any stored payment information
  • βœ“All associated AI interaction data

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • β€’Transaction records for financial reporting (anonymized)
  • β€’Information necessary for legal compliance
  • β€’Anonymized analytical data for service improvement
  • β€’Communications for customer service records (limited retention)

Deletion Timeline

Account deactivation: Immediate
Complete data removal: Within 30 days

Note: Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
