We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- 1Open FoodMoment on your device
- 2Navigate to Menu > Profile
- 3Select "Delete Account"
- 4Confirm your decision
- 5Your account will be immediately deactivated and data deletion will begin
Email Request
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion via email:
- 1Send an email to [email protected]
- 2Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3Include the email address associated with your account
- 4We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours
- 5Deletion will be completed within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we remove:
- βYour account profile and personal information
- βAll app-generated content and preferences
- βUsage history and analytics data
- βAny stored payment information
- βAll associated AI interaction data
What We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- β’Transaction records for financial reporting (anonymized)
- β’Information necessary for legal compliance
- β’Anonymized analytical data for service improvement
- β’Communications for customer service records (limited retention)
Deletion Timeline
Account deactivation: Immediate
Complete data removal: Within 30 days
Note: Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
